No longer load VCE files after first try

I have the error when open known good VCE Files as follows:

“An unknown error occurred when receive key. Please try later or contact support.

Error.”

followed with error:

“Error on loading exam.

Exam key is invalid.”

I am a new subscriber and my subscription still has 88 days left.

These files are good VCE files and I was able to open them earlier using the same app. Now, none of them load for me at all and I can no longer open any other VCE file? Why is that?

Sent them emails and Web form requesting for support but none got replied.

I should believe all the BAD reviews about this greedy company before wasting $$$ on them.
