When it works it’s great

This simulator was critical in helping me pass my IT certs. The problem I’ve run into is the in app subscription is buggy or doesn’t work. I tried to renew the subscription and afterwards the app still tells me I’m still not subscribed. I have the app on an iphone, ipad, and macbook air and despite logging in and out of the accounts multiple times accross the devices none of them show that I’m subscribed. When I attempt to pay again I’m alerted that I’ve already paid and am asked if I want to add an additional month subscription. Last time this resulted in double paying just to get it to work once. I need this to work right now and I can’t access the questions I need for this week. Frustrating.
