Had a minor issue, Support fixed it so ALL GOOD!

Was annoyed at first with the product as I was charged for a subscription but the product still stated that my account was not active.
With a little patience and contacting both Apple & VCE; VCE got the issue sorted and the product is workly perfectly!

Would almost want to give this a 4 instead of 5 star for the issue, but with a little patience you can get the product you expected.

“IF” there support sucked (which it didn’t; was getting back to me SAME DAY) then I could of easily lost some money as Apple dosn’t really help you in this situation (they expect you to work it out with the 3rd party).
